This service assist clients with exploring, understanding, locating, and applying for different vocational or post secondary opportunities. Service will start by getting to know the client's vocational/post secondary interest and goal for sessions. After intake session, counselor will research and come back with compiled list of potential options. Sessions will include discussions on potential vocational/post secondary exploration, programming, learning styles, and next steps. Additionally, counselor may discuss self-advocacy and need for accommodations if the client has a disability. Lastly, the client can receive assistance with filling out applications and an essay review for an additional fee.

This process consist of 4 sessions ranging in different times:

Session 1: Intake session & Learning Styles Self Assessment/Interpretation (1 hour)

Session 2: Vocational/Post Secondary Exploration and Discussion (1 hour)

Session 3: Final Selection, self-advocacy, accommodations (1 hour)

Session 4: Next Steps, Financial Aid Resources Discussion, & Documentation Requirements (1 hour)​

Optional Add Ons

Session 5: Application Assistance for program and/or FAFSA (optional add on; extra $50 for every hour)

Session 6: Application Essay Review (optional add on; extra $50 for every hour reviewing essay)

For any additional assistance clients can sign up for 1 hour vocational/career counseling sessions at $50 per session.​​
